I purchased and item with a protective case. Received the item, seller purposely withheld the case

I am writing to formally escalate an issue with a recent purchase from Seller. I ordered a powerful N52 neodymium magnet (4 inches in diameter x 1 inch thick), which was advertised as coming with a manufacturer-supplied protective storage container. The seller's listing explicitly stated the extreme danger posed by this magnet and emphasized the crucial role of the storage container in ensuring safe handling.
Despite the container being prominently featured in the listing and photographs, and despite the seller's own warnings about the magnet's dangers, the container was not included in the shipment. The seller's cautionary narrative clearly indicated that the container was an integral part of the sale, as it was necessary to prevent serious injury or damage. The absence of this container not only compromises my safety but also constitutes a breach of the agreed-upon terms of sale.
I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with the seller, but they have refused to ship the missing container. Given the seller's own emphasis on the container's importance and the potential dangers highlighted in their listing, I believe the seller's failure to include it is a violation of eBay's policies on accurate listings and fair business practices.
I kindly request that eBay intervene to ensure that the seller fulfills their obligation to provide the protective storage container as advertised. If the seller continues to refuse, I request a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing a suitable replacement container.
The seller's own words underscore the gravity of this situation:
"I AM PUTTING IT IN CLOTH THEN IN A HARDSHELL PLASTIC CASE AND THEN AGAIN FABRIC AND THEN A BOX."
"BEFORE YOU OPEN THE PLASTIC CASE MOVE THE KNIFE AND ANYTHING METAL FROM YOUR HANDS RINGS AND BODY JEWELRY ETC... MAKE SURE THERE IS NOTHING AROUND THAT COULD BE PULLED BY THIS THING..."
These statements make it clear that the container was not merely an accessory but a vital component for safe handling. The seller's failure to include it is unacceptable and puts me at significant risk.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
