I purchased an order that needs to be returned but the item does not appear in my recent purchases.
It is impossible to contact e-bay when you can't find an item that was purchased a few days ago.

Mentor3 years agoThe default view of Purchase History is the last sixty days. Change the date range to see older transactions.
If transactions are missing because you made the purchases using another eBay account, sign in to that account to deal with those transactions.
If they are missing because you purchased as a guest, use the emails eBay sent regarding those purchases to handle any further actions regarding them.
If you are certain you purchased using this eBay account within the last two and a half years, try searching your Purchase History by title keyword to see if you can find those transactions.
If the listings have been removed from eBay entirely because the seller has been removed, you will likely have to contact eBay to deal with that. See the last FAQ entry here:

If none of that helps, you can contact eBay.
Use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

If using the "Contact us" link takes you directly to the chat assistant window, you may have to enter some context dependent cues to get to the call back link.
