I purchased an item that was Miss represented as a guest

I purchased a battery that's what the ad said for my phone and I even paid more than some of the others that was on there and when I got it delivered it was literally some tape so I just want what I thought I purchased cuz I really need it and I don't know what to do I'm going crazy I'm getting mad somebody please help me

@wa49131 . I want to clarify that since you received an item that the correct case to file is not as described return. Ebay can't make the seller send the correct item but they can make the seller refund you. Do NOT file a not received refund request as tracking shows delivery and you will lose the case .
