I purchased an item that seller offered a one year warrenty.

I purchased this item on Feb 26, 2025. Seller offers a one year warrenty on this item. The item quit working a couple of days ago so I tried to message the seller about doing a warrenty claim, however my messages are not getting delivered. I assume the seller has blocked me, so how am I supposed to file my warrenty claim?

Manufacturers and authorized dealers provide warranties. Random sellers on eBay do not provide warranties. eBay itself only provides a 30 days from receipt money back guaranty (which is in no way a warranty). You will need to contact the manufacturer to see if they are willing to help you
