I purchased an item paid frt and merchandise but Post Office made an error and filed a request sinc
The seller was **bleep** off because of the request. Hours later after the Post Office incident the postman actually delivered the package and the postage error was taken out. I left a neutral feedback but noted that quality and price including delivery was excellent. The seller still came back and publicly called me a liar. I have posted the pics and indicated Post Office error but seller was rude because he said I lied and threatened me of fraud.

What am I missing? It sounds like you gave the seller a neutral feedback because the post office made an error?

OP5 months agoI did. The Post Office did an error and later on it was delivered. I sent a request after going to the post office and they couldn't find the package. The seller was mad and called me a names. Later in the afternoon the postman came and delivered the lost package and after that I posted the feedback and put neutral but posted pics and comment that it was post office error and I finally received the package. Seller was still cursing me in reply to my feedback stating I lied and was threatening me.
