I purchased an item on ebay as a guest. I

Question

This item is powered by electricity and I don't have the power needed. I contacted eBay a they said they would get in touch with the seller and I should hear back by email Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. If not I should get back in touch with eBay. I am having no luck.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
