I purchased an item off of eBay as a guest even though I have an eBay account the seller is fraudule
I am struggling with receiving or filing to receive a complete refund on an item that has not been received and the seller has completely removed. Everything linked to them in eBay. This clarifies for me that this is probably a fraudulent seller, but eBay keeps sending me links that run into. There’s no Page there or there’s something wrong. I can’t get a good link on how to request a refund

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of this account, then use the order details link in the email you received from eBay regarding that guest order. The link will not work if you are signed in to this account.
