I purchased an item in March 2025 and parts inside failed. How can I contact seller? Has 2 yr Warnty
I purchased a Polaris Pool cleaning system for my pool in March 2025. Two parts failed inside the unit because they were made of the wrong material. I would like to contact the seller but the seller is not accepting any messages. This could potentially turn out to be a very big problem. How do I get a number to contact them? Thank you!

You can’t - eBay will not give you any contact information. eBay does not enforce extended seller warranties - they can only help for 30 days after purchase.
It is also probably too late for your credit card issuer to help - most cards can help for 180 days, but you could ask them if there is any protection available.
