I purchased an item from a seller with 100% good feed back, but he has not shipped it. Asked Why
When I asked why he said money had not cleared yet, but was paid with Pay-Pal and shows as having gone through but when I look at order it says payment being held WHY. I have never had this issue. So why is my item being held up by the system. I PAID, HE HAS, just won't ship because looks like ebay held it up? WHY is this fair to the Purchaser that needs the item.

Mentor3 years agoIs this a new seller? If so, he probably doesn't know he has to ship when ebay shows the payment was made, whether it has cleared or not. If item doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, file a dispute.
