I purchased an item from a new seller and they have not received my payment.

I purchased an item from a seller who is new to EBay and they have not received my payment.
eBay credited a shipping label for the item and it shows that the post office is still awaiting delivery of package
but the seller has already sent me a tracking number and a picture of the tracking number and the item I purchased is already on its way to me.
how can I help the Seller get the payment that I sent? As they are new to EBay and mistakenly sent the package out without knowing that EBay provided the shipping label?
I don’t have any issues with the seller they did their part and went ahead and sent me the item. They just made a mistake and didn’t use the label that was provided.
any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as I don’t want to have the item that I paid for arrive and the seller out the payment and the item that I purchased.

Mentor1 year agoAs a new seller eBay will hold their funds until tracking shows the item has been delivered. There is no way for them to get access to their payout until after delivery. It appears that they did not take the time to understand how eBay works.
