I purchased an item but upon delivery, the contents of envelope were void of merchandise?
Ebay has said my case is closed because I received delivery but there was nothing in the package?

If you receive an item that does not match the description -- even if it is just an empty box -- file a "not as described" return and return the item at the seller's expense. The process is automated; if the seller does not cooperate at any point, ask eBay to step in after three business days.
