I purchased an item, but the seller did not deliver it. More than 30 days have passed. The money was charged to my card. The seller has not received the payment either. What should I do?
Hello.
I need some help. I purchased an item, but the seller never delivered it. It has been over 30 days. The money was charged to my card, but the seller hasn't received the payment either. What should I do? How can I get my money back?

"I purchased an item, but the seller never delivered it. It has been over 30 days".
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file an item not received dispute. You can find that date in your Order details.
"The money was charged to my card, but the seller hasn't received the payment either".
If the seller told you they have not received the funds, it is because they are either a new seller or one who has not sold anything in over a year and they do not know about the hold ebay places on new or returning sellers funds.
"What should I do? How can I get my money back?"
Would you rather get the item or a refund? If you want the item and you still have time left to file a dispute, try messaging the seller, tell them if they did not ship the item because on their account the payment status showed Pending, tell them to do a Google search for " Payments on hold, ebay " If they do that they will get the info they need to complete the sale and get the funds released.
If you want a refund instead, and it is still less than 30 days from the least estimated delivery date go to your purchase history click on More actions, when that page opens you should see I haven't received it. If you see Return Item click on that and a menu will open that has I haven't received it as a reason for a refund. In either case follow through to file the dispute which will appear on your my ebay page. The seller will have 3 days to respond by sending you a refund. If they do not open the dispute and click on the ask ebay to step in button. They will issue the refund from the seller's account. If it has been more than 30 days since the last estimated delivery date you will have to file an item not received claim with your card provider. if you do not want the item.
Since you are not a very experienced ebay member you need to read the info in the links below. The first one is to ebay's Money Back Guarantee policy. The second one will take you to a discussion that i responded to, on how to vet sellers before buying from one.
