I purchased an item as a guest. I have not received the item.
I need to speak to someone but all it wants me to do is create an account. I have an account but because I purchased as a guest item is not listed on my account

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay about the guest order, or else see here:
