I purchased an item and the funds were taken from my account, and never received my item
I placed an order November 24, the funds were taken from my account and I even received a confirmation email. Now there’s no signs of my purchase on eBay and the seller is a ghost. How can I get my money back?

Mentor2 years agoYou can not open a claim until the item is late.
Is it possible you were not signed in when you made the purchase?
