I purchased an item and paid for it but seller has not received payment
My page shows "paid" and my Amex has been charged. We seem to be at a deadlock. How can we get eBay to pay the seller? The support page says there's supposed to be a link to "Ask eBay to get involved", but I don't see it anywhere. Is there a phone number for eBay Support? TIA
