I PURCHASED AN ITEM AND IT CAME AND WAS DEFECTIVE THE HAVE IT SO YOU NEED PICTURES TO GET A RETURN
YOU TALK TO AI AND GET NO WHERE, YOU FINALLY GET TO A TEXT BUT IT IS AI ALSO THIS IS THE STUPIDEST SYSTEM I HAVE EVER USED. I DON'T DO PICTURES AND WHAT DO YOU NEED PICTURES OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOR AND THEY HAVE PICTURES OF THE ITEM ON THE SELLERS ADD THAT I USED TO BUY THE ITEM. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON????

If you filed a Return Request, you are required to attach a photo of the item.
If you are unable to attach a photo to your Return Request, you will need to contact Ebay Customer Service.

OP1 year agoGOOD LUCK WITH EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL YOU CAN GET ARE AI AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PICTURE YOU CAN'T GET TO A REAL PERSON. I SPENT SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO GET A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE OR TEXTING BUT YOU GET AI EITHER WAY. I TOOK EBAY OFF MY COMPUTER AND HAVE STOPPED DEALING WITH THM. THE AI JUST SEND YOU BACK TO PUT A PICTURE TO GO ANY FURTHER. EBAY WILL LOSS MANY CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY GET CAUGHT UP IN THE AI CIRCLE JERK.
