I purchased a VEVOR Clamp on Pallet Forks Tractor Bucket Order # 03-103030-20487. Stabilizer broke from being defective. Seller stated he would take care of problem. nothing has happened.

Did you open a Request for Return on the order? That is the first thing you need to do.

Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.

2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
