I purchased a signed Jersey from the seller back in July 27th. I was told I would receive the Jersey no later than Aug 5th. I reported this to eBay on Aug 25th because I still hadnâ€™t received the item. eBay refunded my money back to me September 4th. I received the item from the seller on September 9th.

You should contact the seller and make arrangements to pay for the item or return the item. I'm happy to hear that the item arrived, albeit a bit late.
