I purchased a Monster High Skullector Elvira doll Pre-order on January 13 for a total of $161.81 from a seller and still haven't received my item. Its a limited doll you can only buy on MattelCreations website. How it works is you go on the site and sign up and they email you when they are about to release a new toy along with a countdown to the very second it goes on for sale and is literally sold out in that second. I usually am lucky enough to buy one, unfortunately this time it was sold out...
