I purchased a new Motorola G pure tracfone in Jan. 2024 and tracfone says I have no phone minutes, n
I have a communication for them for several dates in the last month and there is no way I can have zero minutes. It is stored on my phone the dates and minutes and calling them they cannot tell me what is on my phone concerning my minutes. They say I have zero minutes. I want a total refund because Tracfone is incompetent. Please contact me via my email or my cellphone
