I purchased a item. The seller hasn't shipped it. Nor is the seller responding to my messages.
Ebay said if it isant delivered by the 19th request help. It's the 19th with no response. It's still not been shipped and I'd like a refund. Since the seller doesn't even respond. And I've tried to open a case but it says it may be still on its way.

·3 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
