I purchased a Item From Essenceplug
The Item I received was not what I expected, I opened one contain the Double Check and it was not what I wanted, however after talking with the Seller, who stated any open container would not be credited,
So as i was check to see which container i had open I found another Container Opened, so originally expected the Terms of the return, however with an additional container already Open, I would just like to get a full return.

Mentor7 months agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
