    i purchased a hair smoothing cream from ebay because it is off the market. it is foul smelling.
                     

    I have contacted the seller...i want to contact ebay directly.  anyone have an 800 customer service #?????

    Before you try getting in touch with eBay here is their Money Back Guarantee Help page:  eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

     

    If the item is not as described or may have become defective due to age you can file for a return, get a pre-paid return shipping label and send the item back REGARDLESS of the Seller's return policy ... which I would guess to be they do not accept returns. 

     

    You ship the item back and the Seller has 2 days to refund you after they receive it, failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in via the link provided to force the refund.
