I purchased a Dyson Hair Dryer that was fake

On Christmas a year ago (December 2022) I purchased a Dyson Hair dryer. It worked for a while but when it failed, I returned it to Dyson for repair, I discovered that it was a fake.

Do I have any repercussion?
