I purchased a crate motor and the seller has not sent shipped the motor.
I’ve kept in constant contact with the seller and there has been delay after delay. I purchased the motor in mid October. No tracking information or shipping information has been sent

Mentor2 years agoWhen was the estimated delivery date? You must file a claim with eBay within 30 days of that date. If still in the 30 days window, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If it is beyond the 30 days, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
