I purchased a certified refurbished laptop on ebay and ebay canceled the 2 year warranty
I purchased a certified refurbished laptop on ebay, which comes with a free 2 year warranty through their special program.

I tried to make a claim with allstate on the laptop. Allstate/squaretrade claims that the warranty was canceled and that ebay is the ONLY ONE that can cancel the warranty. Ebay is in violation of their promise of the allstate warranty. I am sure it was a mistake. However, there is not a single option that lets me contact ebay about this issue. The help topics are not relevant. Moreover, I cannot speak to a live person. Every prompt I choose via phone is followed by "I can send you a link to more information". How do I contact ebay about something they did to my warranty?
PS This is an awful way to do business. I dont understand how a company can function without a general issues/questions option for things not related to buying and selling.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
