I purchase some items from a seller but i realized the shipping address that was there i wanted it
I purchase some items from a seller and i had wanted the address to change i quickly message the seller hours before the order shipped i even message the seller begging the seller to change the address because i will loose my money the seller did not change the address or cancel the order and i am a customer of that seller so i loose my money i need ebay to step into this matter check my message and check what time the order shipped

Mentor3 years agoI'm sorry, but there is nothing eBay can do to help. Sellers are required to ship to the address you provided on your payment - NOT to an address that is sent to them through messaging. They can cancel an order to accommodate you if they wish, but they are not obligated to. It's very possible the seller shipped before seeing your message.
