I printed a second shipping labels only need one

I printed a shipping label whose quality (my printer) was less than the best. I printed a second hoping for a better outcome, but no joy. I was charged for both lables. Is it possible to get a refund for the unsed lable?

If you purchased two shipping labels with different tracking numbers, you would have up to 28 days to cancel the label that will not be used. If you go to your Shipping Labels page, find the label and cancel it. You should then see your refund in approximately 21 days.

This only applies if the two labels have two, different tracking numbers.
