i print two shipping labels by accident for one item. how do i get a refund on the voided shipping label? It was my first time shipping an item

Mentor3 years agoYou have up to 120 hours to void a label purchased through the eBay shipping center. Keep in mind that the shipper must see that the label was not used before allowing the refund. This process can take from 14 to 21 days depending on the class of service.

OP3 years agoHi. Thanks for the reply. And yes i voided the second shipping label 10 minutes after. It was my first time selling an item on eBay and I was not sure what the steps were. Hopefully I well get a refund. I tried calling eBay customer service but I couldn’t get through to explain what happened. So I should get a refund in the near future. Thanks
