I posted an item on eBay and the seller purchased the item but says he's on vacation.

I posted an item on eBay and the seller purchased the item on04/04/2024 but says he's on vacation. The post office shows they tried to deliver the item the buyer purchased on 04/08/2024 and a redelivery is Scheduled on 04/08/2024. How do I get paid or get my item back? Thank you in advance.

@Anonymous The post office should return the item to you soon.

Do NOT refund the buyer if they file a not received refund request. Just respond to the request with the tracking number that shows attempted delivery and you win the case.

The funds should be released in about 30 days of the date of sale since you are a new seller.
