I placed an order,and received a message from ebay saying;delivery attempted: no access.meaning???
I placed an order and now I received a message in track your package that said "delivery attempted,no access. What does this mean???

Are you impacted by the winter storm? I had a purchase marked that way on Monday. It was delivered on Tuesday when my mail service resumed.
In general it means there is no place to leave your item.
