Sign out of this eBay account and sign in to the eBay account you used to make the original purchase and find the transaction in your Purchase History and see when the last estimated delivery date is. Or see here:

The day after the last estimated delivery date, if there is no tracking showing delivery you should be able to file an "item not received" case with eBay.
