I placed an eBay order; pd with PayPal; never got the items.The trans. disappeared from eBay.

So, I can't even contact the seller. Using a statement from PayPal it says the seller is eBay Commerce, Inc. Is that not eBay as I know it. Is there a different contact?

If you do not see the item in your Purchase History, try using this page:

When was the purchase made?

By the way, when you pay for an item, you will not see the seller's username in your Paypal account nor credit card statement because you pay Ebay, then Ebay releases funds to the seller.
