I placed 9 orders, unbeknownst to me Ebay updated my account using my old address. Ebay fault.
Ebay glitch. Ebay updated my current 4year 9 month address to an old address and will not recognize their own mistake. Now what? I’m out on the item and the money. This was an EBAY GLITCH not mine and not totally the sellers, as I notified the seller and eBay later that same day as quickly as possible when I noticed the mistake they made. Called talked to a 3 different ebay representatives. Not sure if I can ever trust ebay for any future orders.

Mentor2 years agoGo here to update all the various addresses associated with your account:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
Make sure your preferred shipping address is set as your Primary Shipping Address and any old addresses are deleted.
If you have been using the iOS version of the eBay app, double check your address when checking out; other users have reported old addresses being provided by eBay for past orders.
If you contact eBay customer service, mention ALERT15269 regarding this issue to have your account added to the that ticket.
