I paid twice for a shipping label, cancelled one due to not accurate return address, haven't received refund yet over a week?

OP2 years agoWow, I hadn't realized I need to wait 3-4 weeks for a refund! I will definitelly be more mindful in the future!

You can void the label within 5 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

Mentor2 years agoIt takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund from the postal service because they have to make sure that the label is not used.
