I paid on the 16th still no tracking on the 20th
Seller asked for funds after agreeing to my offer so they could ship item stated needed payment needed first this is March 16th I paid right after the transaction. on the 20th of March still had no tracking number I questioned buyer did not respond asked again did not respond told buyer I would have to contact eBay then they responded stated they had until the 22nd if I didn't like it try getting my money back from ebay and good luck. They also stated they do not get the funds until they ship item to the buyer that eBay has them ? Have I been scammed it was over $100 dollars ?
