I paid for something days ago
I paid for something days ago and it still hasn't shipped so it's taking so long that I try to cancel the order but it said I waited too long and I also contacted the seller and I haven't heard anything

Mentor3 years agoWhen it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
If you waited longer than 30 days past the estimated delivery date, eBay cannot help. You can open a case through PayPal if you funded your payment that way. Or you can contact your credit card company.
