i paid for shipping twice

Question

today i sold an listing and the shipping charge was 4 dollars before i entered the weight of the product and when i hit save i accidentally purchased that label with the wrong information. since then ive bought a second, correct, label and dropped off my order to the nearest usps, but will i be getting a refund for the first shipping label i didnt use?

this is the only place ive been able to put my problem up for ebay themself to see, as contacting them directly is nearly impossible. thanks!

Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 5 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.
