I paid for disc to be resurfaced and the seller doesn't respond
I used a seller's disc resurfacing service, shipped him 17 game disc valued over $500, and now I don't get any response 2 weeks later. Tracking showed he recieved the disc. I know ebay will refund the service charge but I need my disc. He lives in another state. Should I contact his local police for theft of services and wire fraud?
