I paid for an item with paypal and the item no longer shows in my purchase history. What do I do?
I have the proof from paypal but never received an update from the merchant.

We see this on a regular basis, you inadvertently purchased as a Guest but are still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Guest purchases cannot be merged with eBay accounts nor can you leave Feedback on them.

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply. I spoke to customer service and they said that I had two ebay accounts under different email addresses. The purchase was under the account that I don't use. I don't remember creating that account but it was probably over twenty years ago. I have the tracking number and can follow it through SPS. Thank you again. I guess this question has been resolved.

My sincere thanks for the follow up and yep, surprised me too! We see the Guest purchase happen fairly often but rarely a "forgotten" account LOL! Perhaps you squirreled away some serious cash somewhere along the way and might one day discover it!!!!

Mentor1 year agoHow long ago did you purchase it? Are you looking at the correct date range?
Is it possible you purchased using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
If you are sure you purchased within the last sixty days using this account, check to see if the transaction appears here under recent orders:
