I paid for a product and never received it by date promised.
I also never received a tracking number and it was never sent out. I inquired to the seller and he/she never responded. EBay says I am SOL even though I am within time limits and complied with all recomendations and waited. . . . I am being robbed by the seller and by EBay!

OP2 years agoI guess I should ask a question, as I am not real versed in the EBay experience.
What did I do wrong? How do I avoid sellers who take your payment and not send you the product?
How do I tell this to EBay. It is not easy to jump through all the hoops, but I thought I had. I followed all their procedures and when I finally waited I am told "sorry. . . " by the EBay bots.
