I paid $58 for an item on ebay. Now the seller has disappeared with my money and i did not receive.
The seller has disappeared from eBay and I did not receive the item. The AI answer from the ebay bot are infuriating! There is absolutely nobody to speak to. The item cannot be tracked on ebay because the seller has left, quit, or got kicked off of ebay!! **bleep**

Mentor5 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
