I packed and shipped the wrong item for the order. How could I do?
I accidentally swapped the wrong items with the QR codes for shipping. What should I do and who should I contact?
Please let me know how to solve the case.

Mentor8 months agoContact each buyer and explain what happened. You have 2 options. You can ask that each buyer mark the package Refused, Return to Sender, or you can have each buyer file a Returns Request for Item Not as Described. If you do that, you agree, and provide a prepaid shipping label for the item's return. You refund each buyer when the item is returned. You relist each item, send the item number to the buyer, and each buyer repurches. Then you make sure that you send the correct item to the correct buyer.
