Mentor3 years agoIf the item was not listed correctly select ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED when you open the return (not "doesn't fit").
You should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend here:
