The path of least resistance is to file a return via the item in your Purchase history for an item not as described, use the reason "does not match pictures or description" ... Purchases | Myebay | eBay
That type of claim will provided you with a pre-padi shipping label. You return the one item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you once they have the item back in their possession. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
