I ordered two items and gave e-bay my old address. What are my options?

I have two items on order. I forget to change my address. One item will arrive on Monday And the next item will arrive late next week. What are my options?

All members are required to keep their information up to date. When you went to ebay Checkout to pay, you were shown the SHIP TO address. You had a chance to change the SHIP TO address by clicking the CHANGE link.

If you are not able to retrieve the package, hope that the receiver will write Refused-Return to Sender. If that happens, you can contact the seller and offer to repay to reship.

I would suggest you file a Change of Address/Forwarding Order with the postal service. That can be done online.

There is no way to retrieve any automated messages you've received on your old email address (unless you still have access to it), but new messages should come to your new address. If the messages came through eBay messaging, you can access them in your My eBay Messages.
