I ordered something not showing in my list of ordered items and I paid for it and never received it

Question

I placed an order and paid for it. I never received it so I looked in my order list and it isn't there. I contacted the seller, via email, and haven't received a response. When I try to contact eBay about this problem, I can't because it isn't showing in my list of ordered items. How do I get ahold of someone through eBay to help me?

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account?

If not, the item or seller may have been removed from eBay. Try to contact eBay directly regarding the purchase. See the last FAQ item here for some links:
