I ordered something as a guest and it came damaged. I can't contact seller.
I have an order that came today, but it was missing half the items. It was shipped thru USPS so no tracking information. I can't determine how to contact the seller. I can't seem to get anyone to help me and I find the website confusing in trying to contact an agent. Help!!!

Mentor7 months agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
