I ordered some used clothes and was charged sales tax.
I don't know how to get in touch with eBay for them to fix it but this is not correct there should be no sales tax applies to clothing purchases.

In some states clothing is not taxed but sporting goods are.

OP1 year agoHow can I go about contacting eBay to get it fixed and refunded then? I know it's not the sellers fault.

EBay is petty good charging sales tax where needed and there are no refunds .

OP1 year agoI don't know. I just searched for the item and bought it. I'm not trying to understand what intricacies of eBay are at play I'm just trying to find out how to contact eBay and get my tax money back because these articles are 100% not taxable.
