I ordered my item on feb. 14 it was supposed to arrive in a few days but it's been weeks.

This is the second complaint I've filed and I need this for my mushroom Cultivation and now my business is suffering from this.

Feb. 14th was only 12 days ago.

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
